Have you registered with Companies house as a Limited Company?
The next step now is to register for Corporate Tax.

Being a Director you are ultimately responsible for submitting your Corporate Tax accurately and on time to HMRC and Companies House.

Firstly you will need to create a Government Gateway account with HMRC – https://www.gov.uk/log-in-register-hmrc-online-services

Next, you will need to register for Corporate Tax and follow through all the steps after which you should be issued with a Unique Tax Reference (UTR) Number (10-digits) and Tax Office Number (3-digits) allowing you to access your Corporate Tax account. In a separate letter you will be sent an activation code (12-digits) to activate your online corporate tax account.

All paperwork must be filed and kept securely for future use as you will need certain reference numbers and codes to submit your end of year accounts!
